About Us:

No Drama Stateside (NDStateside) is the brainchild of Mike Vertx, the idea was initiated in 2006 to serve as a core destination for getting things done the right way by the right people with the right attitudes.  It was spawned as a spin-off of UnderStandInc Entertainment (started in 2001 as an Event Management company) taking with it the 7 years of events, and experience while establishing a new team with an enhanced vision.  No Drama Stateside is intended as a collective of Quality.  It contains in itself a community of like-minded individuals and our forum [link here] is open to anyone interested in participating in activities, events, shows, and exciting adventures!  We are your one stop solution for Marketing, Music, and Entertainment.

In order for your event to be as successful as possible!

We are able to use our years of experience and networking in the entertainment industry, to book any accommodations you might need, including but not nearly limited to:

• Item wise:
  • Sound and lighting, theme design, custom clothing, accessories, collateral, signage, and branded merchandise, along with invitations, flyers/posters, various mementos, table decorations, premier giveaways and party favors.
  • Logistics wise:
    • Researching and booking flights, venues, hotels, rentals, and car services as needed.
    • Personnel wise:
      • All staffing – performers, promoters, graphic designers, event-help including labor,
        (set up, on-premise, break down), security, bartenders, dancers/motivators, promotional models, wait-staff, photographers/videographers, and more.
      • Event wise:
        • Corporate outings, Club events, holiday parties, national tours, restaurant get togethers, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, reunions, team bonding experiences, ski trips, camping outings, paintball, sports games, outdoors, indoors, day-time, night-time

Contact us [info@nodramastateside.com] to set an appointment for an initial consultation.  We prefer to discuss the project in a setting where there is approximately an hour uninterrupted dedicated for discussion.

We will layout the budget breakdown and submit a contract to start work.  Included in the contract will be an agreed amount for a secured deposit in order for us to begin researching and development for the tasks along with applying it towards required expenses.  A timeline will then be documented as to deadlines for each aspect of the project, in order to place priority on specifics and go in a logical order.  We will keep in touch throughout the entire process and are always available via any line of communication – including unorthodox methods such as via social media networks and text messaging, this in addition to standard phone and email contacts which you will be able to use anytime (though we do ask you to respect contacting us by phone during normal business hours should it not be an immediate emergency).

For private events we are able to provide a selection of venues (primarily in New York) and secure booking them for your special occasion.  We have a full variety of music available for all occasions, and you will always be provided with samples and playlists in advance.  For invitations / flyers, we can take care of both the printing and graphics aspects, either originally inspired, or to your specifications.  Following the production, we can also take on mailing (both digital and physical) distribution and/or hand-to-hand deployment and promotion.

In situations that require it we will certainly assign our own staff to be on-premise, supervising and physically overseeing that the event is running smoothly, while being available to extinguish any challenges that may arise.

It is understood that all events are on budgets, and that each event is unique with its needs, therefore we do our absolute best to provide a consolidated initial quote prior to starting any work, should changes need to be made following the contract being signed, adjustments will be added as agreed upon signed addendums in order to continue work.
